Q: When will my order ship?
A: Production is 2–4 business days, then shipping (US 3–7 business days; international 5–15). Tracking arrives by email.
Q: Do items ship together?
A: Sometimes items ship separately (different providers). Each has its own tracking.
Sizing & Fit
Q: How do tees fit?
A: Unisex, true-to-size. Between sizes? Order up for a relaxed look. See our Size Guide.
Care
Q: How do I wash it?
A: Wash cold, inside-out. Tumble low or hang dry. Don’t iron the print.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: 30-day hassle-free returns for unworn items. Start by emailing support@vynzy.org with your order #. Details: Shipping & Returns.
Damaged/Misprint
Q: My item arrived damaged or wrong.
A: We’ll replace it free. Email photos within 7 days of delivery.
Tracking
Q: My tracking isn’t updating.
A: It can take 24–48 hours after label creation. If no movement for 7 days (US) or 21 days (intl), contact us.
Address Changes
Q: Can I change my address/size?
A: Yes within 2 hours of ordering. Email with subject “URGENT – Order Change”.
Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Shopify Payments (cards), PayPal, Apple Pay, and more (varies by region).
