Shipping & Returns

We make every product on demand with our production partner (Printify) to reduce waste and deliver fresh prints. Below are our simple policies.

Processing & Production

  • Production time: 2–4 business days (most orders ship within 72 hours).

  • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages.

Estimated delivery times

  • USA: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • UK/EU: 5–12 business days

  • Rest of world: 7–15 business days

Estimates exclude production time and local customs delays.

Shipping rates & tracking

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on item, destination and provider.

  • A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Address changes & cancellations

  • We can modify/cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase.
    Email support@vynzy.org with the subject “URGENT – Order Change” and include your order number.

Customs & duties (international)

  • Import taxes/duties are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & exchanges

  • 30-day hassle-free returns for unworn, unwashed items in original condition.

  • Start a return/exchange by emailing support@vynzy.org with your order #.

  • Unless the product is defective or we made an error, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item

  • If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order #.

Lost / late packages

  • If tracking shows no movement for 7 days (US) or 21 days (international), contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier/fulfillment partner.

Made-to-order note

  • Because items are printed specifically for you, slight color/placement variations may occur. This is normal for DTG printing and not considered a defect.
