We ship worldwide and produce each item on demand to reduce waste and keep prints fresh. Below you’ll find processing times, delivery estimates, and how to track your order.
Order Processing

Production time: 2–4 business days (most orders ship within 72 hours).

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages depending on the print provider and location.
Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment)
Delivery estimates exclude production time and local customs delays.

USA: 3–7 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

UK / EU: 5–12 business days

Australia / New Zealand: 7–12 business days

Rest of world: 7–15 business days
Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal partners (varies by provider and destination).
Shipping Rates & Methods

Rates are calculated at checkout based on item, destination, and shipping method.

Any free-shipping promotions will appear automatically at checkout when eligible.
Tracking

A tracking link is emailed once your order ships.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Address Changes & Cancellations

We can modify/cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase.
Email support@vynzy.org with subject “URGENT – Order Change” and include your order number and the correction.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

Import duties, taxes, and fees are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs inspections may extend delivery times.
Delivery Issues

Delivered but not received:
Check your address, mailbox, neighbors, building office, and safe-drop areas. Many carriers mark packages delivered 24–48 hours before final drop. If still missing after 2 days, contact us. -
Lost in transit:
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days (US) or 21 days (international), contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier/fulfillment partner and arrange a replacement or solution. -
Returned to sender / wrong address:
If a package returns due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship to a corrected address; additional postage may apply.
Split Shipments
You may receive items in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers—this is normal for made-to-order products.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
Most items can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but some providers cannot. If there’s an issue with your address, we’ll email you right away.
