Welcome to Vynzy (“Vynzy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. and we may fulfill certain products through third-party partners (e.g., print-on-demand providers). Additional third-party terms may apply.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your state/country to use the Services or place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

2) Products, Pricing & Availability

  • We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, images, and details accurately; actual colors/sizing may vary by display and manufacturing tolerances.

  • Prices are in USD (unless stated otherwise) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors and cancel orders that arise from such errors (with a full refund).

  • Some items are made to order; production and delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

3) Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product under these Terms. We may accept or reject any order. If we cancel, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

We (via Shopify Payments or other providers) accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount, including shipping, taxes, and duties where applicable.

4) Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery

We ship to the countries shown at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are presented during checkout and in your confirmation email. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility, but we’ll always try to help.

5) Returns, Exchanges & Issues

Please see our Return Policy for full details on return windows, eligibility, exchanges, and how to start a return.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact support@vynzy.org with your order number and photos within the timeframe stated in our Return Policy so we can assist.

6) Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit

Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms, have limited timeframes, and cannot be combined unless stated. Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable, not reloadable, and not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

7) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the site’s security or networks;

  • Collect others’ data without consent;

  • Infringe any intellectual property or proprietary rights.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on the Services (including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and software) is owned by or licensed to Vynzy and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

If you believe your IP has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, contact support@vynzy.org with details of your claim.

9) Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, payment gateways, print partners). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

10) Warranties & Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vynzy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vynzy and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Services or any products purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product or USD $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; some of the above may not apply to you.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vynzy harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in [Your County/State, USA] (or the competent courts of [Your Country] if outside the U.S.). You and Vynzy waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

16) Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmations, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vynzy regarding the Services.
