We want you to love your Vynzy gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.

Return window

• 30-day hassle-free returns for unworn, unwashed items in original condition and packaging.

• Start a return by emailing support@vynzy.org with your order number.

Exchanges

• Free size/color exchanges on eligible items (subject to stock). We’ll send instructions after you contact us.

Defects or misprints

• If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost.

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Return shipping

• If we made an error or the product is defective, we cover return/replacement shipping.

• For all other returns (change of mind/size), the buyer pays return shipping.

Made-to-order note

• Our products are printed on demand. Minor color/placement variations can occur and are not considered defects.

Non-returnable items

• Final-sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
